I offer traditional trade services such as embalming, casketing, dressing along with modern services such as preparation of unembalmed remains, hard case reconstructive services, and general funeral director staff support. We offer a variety of professional contract services to fit your temporary or long term needs.

Post-Mortem Cosmetology Services

Post-mortem cosmetology (desairology) services require a very special skill set. We take pride in offering end to end mortuary support solutions in all areas of preparation, including Desairology services. Monica is not only a licensed Embalmer she is also licensed by the California state board of Cosmetology and family consultations are always free. We specialize in cosmetic restoration ranging from beautiful French manicures to hard case jaundice camouflage for those suffering organ failure and rejuvenation procedures for chemo/cancer patients.

We work with funeral directors and families to assist and guide families with compassion in the most sensitive situations. Families looking for guidance and modern spa related services for their deceased loved ones now have access to a professional.

Post-Mortem Facial Rejuvenation/Liquid Facelift

Monica takes into consideration each person's face and stage of aging and unique anatomical features in order to restore the natural curves of the deceased prior to illness or aging. The “Liquid Facelift “is a non-surgical procedure which restores lost volume and rejuvenates the entire face. During the procedure formaldehyde based facial fillers are expertly injected to strategic places in the face to create a positive lasting memory for the family.

Post-Mortem Makeup Artistry

Makeup artistry for men, women, and children includes the use of airbrush makeup, traditional mortuary makeup, and decedent’s personal makeup. Hard case makeup application available for jaundice, infants, carbon monoxide cases etc. Tissue building, skin rejuvenation, and feature enhancement included.

Post-Mortem Hand and Nail Restoration

Post-mortem nail care for men, women, and children. Finger and nail replacement, artificial nail fill-ins, manicures, beautiful French manicures, and hand restoration for severely discolored cases including age spot and design for emaciated cases. Tissue building, skin rejuvenation, and spot embalming included.

Post-Mortem Hair Design and Restoration

Post-mortem hair design for men, women, and children from basic cutting and styling to intricate hair restoration. Services include washing, shaping, coloring, highlighting, low lighting, set styling, wig styling and application, antique and modern styling and up-dos, flat ironing, ethnic hair styling and fades, military haircuts, and hair extension application. For shaving due to severe trauma or life saving surgeries the NO WAX Torres Technique is available. Hair is borrowed from the non viewing portion of the deceased’s head and surgically implanted into the area of trauma ultimately camouflaging the trauma. Regular hair styling is then completed for a look the family loves and remembers.
