Waiver and Release of Liability

This waiver applies to ALL NXT Generation Mortuary Support, LLC courses.

I understand that the content of the NXT Generation Mortuary Support courses may contain graphic images of deceased infants and post mortem reconstructive surgical embalming techniques. I release NXT Generation Mortuary Support, associates, or instructors from any and all liability.

I am currently a student of an accredited college of mortuary science, a mortuary intern, or a licensed/professional embalmer and/or funeral director. I am voluntarily participating in this embalming education program. I understand that there are risks associated with my participation in this educational program, such as mental, emotional, physical, and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, or illness. These injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or other’s actions, inactions, or negligence. Nonetheless, I assume all risks of my participation in this embalming educational program.

Photographic Release: I grant and convey to NXT Generation Mortuary Support all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by the Released Parties in connection with my participation in programs or activities unless otherwise expressed and submitted in writing.

Please respect the deceased portrayed in our seminars and the privacy of their families by adhering to our rules. ALL AND ANY RECORDING OR SCREEN SHOTTING OF ONLINE COURSES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. OUR ZOOM PROGRAM AND PHOTOS ARE WATERMARKED AND WILL NOTIFY THE HOST OF ANY RECORDING.

I have read this entire Agreement, understand that it constitutes a full and general release and waiver of claims, and voluntarily agree to accept its terms.
